Note : Jalal Al-Din Firuz Shah Khilji was the founder of Khalji Dynasty, The Khalji dynasty was the second dynasty to rule Delhi Sultanate, and they ruled Delhi for almost 30 years from 1290 CE till 1320 CE Jalal-Al-Din Firuz Shah Khilji sat on the throne of Delhi in the year 1320, after killing the last successor of Mamluk dynasty Muiz ud din Quiqabad. Before taking the throne of Delhi Sultanate, Khilji dynasty was the vessel of Mamluk
dynasty.
Jalal-Al-Din Firuz Shah Khiji had served as commander in chief in the army of Mamluk Dynasty under sultan Kaiqabad. Later, he took the advantage of Sultan Kaiqabad, got him
killed and sat on the throne of Delhi Sultanate.
Jalal Al-Din Firuz Shah Khilji ruled Delhi Sultanate for almost 6 years from 1290 CE till 1296 CE. After sitting on the throne of Delhi Sultanate he issued coins in gold, silver, copper, and billon. It consists of various denominations such as Tanka
Jital, Paika, and Adli.
